EL PASO, Texas (Border Report) -- California Attorney General Rob Bonta recently called efforts to send National Guard troops from California to Oregon “well outside of the norms or practices” of any president."

President Donald Trump began mobilizing California troops early Sunday, a day after federal judge blocked him from using Oregon's National Guard.

Late Sunday, the judge temporarily blocked the Trump administration from deploying any National Guard units to Oregon at all.
