GANANOQUE — The Town of Gananoque’s Affordable Housing Working Group has presented its 2025 housing strategy to council, outlining a series of recommendations to address growing concerns over the affordability and availability of housing in the community.

The working group, formed in May 2024 following a motion from Deputy Mayor Vicki Leakey, was entrusted with developing an action plan to guide council decisions around affordable and rent-geared-to-income (RGI) housing.
