Leadbeter proposes legislation for Pa. to create Purple Alert System

Berwick, Pa. — In his Berwick district office today, state Rep. Robert Leadbeter (R-Columbia) spoke about his plans to introduce legislation — dubbed as Aiden’s Law — to establish a
