Officer saves child running on Florida highway

A #Florida cop was quick to react when he spotted a small child running down a dark highway dangerously close to passing cars. “I’ve got a small child running down the road in front of Lowe’s. Just almost got hit by a car,” the officer says. Police said the child involved had “developmental delays” and had wandered from home. The parents said they had safeguards in place and had done “everything they could” to prevent something like this. #rescue
