The final numbers are in and the 2025 Parade of Chefs charity gala, Flavours of Passion, served up more than $210,000 in support of the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance.

“Once again, Parade of Chefs was truly a night to remember,” said Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation president and CEO Christine Mitchell, in a media release.

The 175 guests attending the sold-out event, held Sept. 27 at the John D. Bradley Convention Centre in Chatham, were treated to an evening inspired by the vibrant energy and fiery spirit of flamenco along with a spectacular celebration of local cuisine, culture and community generosity, the foundation said.
