WASHINGTON — Since taking office in January, President Donald Trump has dismantled or suspended many of the federal government’s climate programs, especially those launched by his predecessor, President Joe Biden.
But one of Biden’s most prominent green programs endures—a $5 billion initiative to build a network of electric vehicle charging stations across the nation.
