49ers injury updates: Good news for Purdy, Jones, Jennings, bad news for Pearsall

The San Francisco 49ers put in their last day of practice ahead of the Week 6 game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and there were positive injury updates on Brock Purdy, Jauan Jennings and Mac Jones, but a negative update on Ricky Pearsall.

According to Matt Barrows over at The Athletic , Jones was "back to throwing" at practice on Friday after he didn't do that on Thursday. Meanwhile, Jennings was practicing for the second straight day after he returned to the field the day prior.

As for Pearsall and Purdy, neither one was practicing for the third straight day. That signifies that both will be out yet again this week, which isn't surprising for Purdy.
