Aspen Institute to Honor Pepe Aguilar and Esai Morales

The Aspen Institute Latinos and Society Program will celebrate its 10th anniversary in partnership with Variety , in Los Angeles on Oct. 13.

Variety will honor Pepe Aguilar and Esai Morales with the Variety Changemakers Award, presented by the Aspen Institute Latinos and Society Program. The award celebrates Hispanic and Latino icons whose artistry and leadership are transforming Hollywood across film, television and music, redefining the cultural landscape.

Morales is an award-winning actor and producer with a career spanning over four decades. Most recently, he appeared in “Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning” and “Mission: Impossible — The Final Reckoning.” He will star in the upcoming sci-fi thriller “War Machine.” Morales gained recognition for his breakout role in “Bad Boys”
