For comparison, the overall average price of real estate in the area during that time was $4.4 million, or $1,457 per square foot. A total of 14 home sales were recorded for the period with an average square footage of 2,972 square feet

The top 10 list below includes the best deals on real estate priced between $10-$10,000,000.
