It's been a big fall already for Fort Collins High School boys cross country runner Cadel Ruthven.

So why not keep it rolling?

Ruthven did just that, winning the Northern Conference boys cross country individual league championship Oct. 10 as part of a dual league title meet with Longs Peak League at Spring Canyon Park in Fort Collins.
