Park County Land Trust will hold a conservation easement preserving in perpetuity 164 acres southwest of Livingston.
The property south of Wineglass Loop straddles Broken Wheel Road and is owned by Erin O’Brien Denton, who is granting the easement to the land trust, according to a draft of the deal pending review by the county.
The easement is anticipated to help preserve wildlife habitat and views of the Absaroka Range, the Yellowstone River corridor, and the Custer Gallatin National Forest for the scenic enjoyment of people traveling or recreating in the vicinity.
