Sigourney Weaver is considering revisiting one of her most iconic roles to date, Ellen Ripley!

The 76-year-old three-time Oscar nominee attended the Alien reunion panel on Friday (October 10) at the New York Comic Con where she hinted at a potential return to the long-running sci-fi franchise, reports Variety .

“[ Alien producer] Walter Hill is a very good friend of mine, and he wrote 50 pages of where Ripley would be now, and they’re quite extraordinary,” she told panel moderator Josh Horowitz .

“I don’t know if it’s going to happen, but I have had a meeting with Fox or Disney…I’ve never felt the need [to reprise the role]. I was always like, ‘Let her rest, let her recover.’”
