Four months after 71-year-old Kathryn Person was fatally shot in December 2021 beneath the Mulberry Street Bridge in Harrisburg, police still didn’t have a lead on who killed her.

But after a man in a black outfit with an insignia on it was recorded randomly shooting and eventually killing a taxi cab driver outside the Amtrak station in March 2022, police were able to follow his movements through the city to a Derry Street home where Hezekiah Campbell, 30, lived.

Police eventually found rare, Russian-made bullets inside Campbell’s bedroom which matched the bullets used in both shootings .
