On October 14, voters from Anderson Public School will decide whether to approve a $2.4 million bond to address roof and drainage issues, transportation needs, and parking.

Voting is scheduled from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at polling locations.

Anderson Public School Bond Details & Propositions

The bond would be issued over six years, without increasing the current tax rate. The plan is divided into three propositions:

Proposition 1 – Drainage & Roofing : $1,095,000

Proposition 2 – Paving & Parking Lots : $1,095,000

Proposition 3 – School Buses & Suburbans : $220,000

If passed, the bond would fund upgrades to roads and parking lots, new buses and vehicles, and improvements to drainage systems and the roofs of the K through 8 school.
