Natrona Heights will soon lose a longtime staple when Community Supermarket closes its doors after 23 years in business.

Shoppers who were making some of their last rounds in the store on Friday enjoyed 25% off as part of the closing sale. Some shelves had a decent amount of supply left, while others were empty or close to it.
“Very upset. I think everyone in the community is. We’ve lost so many restaurants and stores. It’s really becoming very difficult,” said Linda Plivelich, a Brackenridge resident.
