HAMPDEN -- The Foxcroft Academy football team got back to their winning ways on Friday night with a victory over the Hampden Academy Broncos by a score of 19-0.

It was defense that got the job done for Foxcroft Academy, but in the second quarter Evan Seavey threw a ball up to wide receiver Lucas Sands who reached over two Hampden Academy defenders to reel in the pass and complete the highlight reel touchdown catch.

The Pony defense got multiple huge 4th down stops all game long to stuff the Hampden offense, which had serious momentum at times.

Foxcroft Academy (4-2) travels to Gardiner next week, while Hampden Academy (0-6) travels to Greely.
