A family knew something was seriously wrong with a dad when he lost the ability to speak after having a seizure. Joanne Ainslie, from Lymington, knew something has wrong with her husband, Craig, when he lost his speech after having a seizure.
The dad was diagnosed with oligodendroglioma, a type of brain tumour, before losing mobility on one side of his body. Craig started two different chemotherapies and radiotherapy but had complications.
Joanne said: “We knew something was wrong when Craig had a seizure and lost his speech. He had to communicate through cards with words and phrases written on them. Shortly after, he lost mobility on one side.
