Jorge Polanco has sent the Seattle Mariners to their first American League Championship Series in 24 years.

Seattle’s second baseman delivered a walk-off RBI single with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 15th inning of Game 5 of the AL Division Series, giving the Mariners a 3-2 win in an absolute epic against the Detroit Tigers.

The Mariners, who are the second seed in the AL, now head to Toronto to take on the top-seeded, AL East champion Blue Jays beginning with Game 1 Sunday.
