Edna Shoemaker Bass, age 81, of Morristown, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at her residence. She was a member of The House of Prayer Church.

Edna was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother and will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Bass; parents, James and Martha Shoemaker; and sister, Beatrice Beal.

She is survived by her son, Danny (Kimberly) Bass; daughters, Tambra (Bobby) Urbanowski, and Pamela Boyd; grandchildren, Brandi (Brandon) Patterson, Joshua (Brittney) Bass, Austin (Lindsay) Helton, Zackary Boyd, Quentin (Brittany) Boyd, Jordan (Monica) Boyd, and Caleb (Julia) Boyd; brother, Edward (Charlene) Shoemaker; sisters, Pauline Gray and Gwen Hollifield; also several great grandchildren, nieces and
