Army Sgt. 1st Class Robert Sanchez surprised his son on Friday, Oct. 10, after a nine-month rotation with the United States European Command in Germany, before the Pebble Hills vs Montwood football game.
Clad as the Spartan, the school's mascot, Sanchez surprised the senior amid the whole pageantry of the team running onto the field, accompanied by American flags and those of each military branch, as the band played with the full bombast of a Texas high school football matchup.
