No. 7 Decorah took the fight to Mason City on Friday night and never let up for a second. The Riverhawks showed a lot of fight and battled the Vikings to the bitter end but it wasn’t enough. The Riverhawks turned the ball over three times including a pick six. They had one interception against Decorah.

The Newman Catholic Knights continued their winning ways with their third straight victory. They defeated Lake Mills on the road thanks to an impressive 21-point second quarter. The Knights had two interceptions. Zach Stene had a 24-yard rushing touchdown for Lake Mills.
