In the wake of the tragic events that unfolded at our local chapel in Grand Blanc on Sept. 28, our community has been shaken to its core.

The horrific act of violence that took the lives of four innocent souls and left many others injured has left an indelible mark on our hearts.

Maybe uncharacteristically, a local congregational leader, Bishop Jeffrey Schaub said , “It was very humbling to see how much good there is in the world today, and that above all, we are all children of the same Father in Heaven, and we love each other.”

In these trying times, it is crucial that we come together as a community, united in our faith, compassion, and commitment to healing. Moments like these, we often find ourselves searching for answers, seeking solace and looking for ways to
