SRINAGAR, Oct 11: Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology & Environment and Tribal Affairs, Javed Ahmed Rana today chaired a comprehensive review meeting to assess the progress and performance of various ongoing water supply projects in districts of Anantnag, Kulgam and Pulwama.

The meeting, held with the objective of evaluating on-ground implementation and identifying potential bottlenecks, was attended by Chief Engineer, Jal Shakti Department, senior departmental officers and district-level officers from the these South Kashmir districts.

The review also focused on accelerating the delivery of clean and reliable drinking water to every household in line with the vision of equitable and sustainable water access under the Jal Jeevan Mission.
