CARROLL COUNTY, Md. (CNN) - A star of the “The Real Housewives of Potomac” and her husband have been released on bond after their arrests for alleged insurance fraud.

Wendy Osefo and her husband, Eddie Osefo, face more than a dozen counts, including multiple felonies.

Police say the two reported a burglary at their Maryland home while they were on vacation in April 2024.

Investigators say they reported dozens of item were stolen, including jewelry, luxury goods, clothes and shoes.

Prosecutors say the couple filed an insurance claim of $450,000 in personal property loss.

Authorities allege 41-year-old Wendy Osefo later posted a photo on social media showing her wearing one of the rings that they reported stolen.
