LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Actress Lauren Weedman will make a stop in Louisville to celebrate the Kentucky College of Art and Design.

She will be featured in a special public talk titled “I Blame Leo – My Art Story” on Oct. 15 at 4 p.m. at the 849 Studio Building located at 849 South 3rd Street.

The visit will also mark the launch of KyCAD’s new BFA in film program, offering students and the wider Louisville community a rare opportunity to hear from one of television’s most dynamic and creative voices.

Weedman, currently seen on ABC’s Abbott Elementary (Kristin Marie Schemmenti), and HBO’s Hacks (Mayor Jo Pezzimenti), is known for her sharp humor and emotionally honest storytelling. Her credits also include The Daily Show, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Looking, Euphoria and others.
