The Philadelphia Eagles head coach, Nick Sirianni, finds himself under intense scrutiny for the way he’s handling his team after consecutive defeats. The latest defeat to the New York Giants has only deepened concerns about the team’s direction, issues that appear to extend far beyond just play-calling or in-game management.
According to Zach Berman of The Athletic, much of Sirianni’s role involves handling personalities, managing assistant coaches, and maintaining locker-room culture, an area that now appears to be under strain.
“I think there’s a belief that this is a big part of Nick Sirianni’s job — managing personalities and coaches, maintaining the culture, etc,” Berman reported. “The Eagles are more similar operationally to some MLB/NBA franchises than others in NFL. The front
