Ihave mixed feelings about efforts to research the cost involved in extending Skyline to the University of Hawaii’s Manoa campus. Before spending on this study, a budget or cost limitation should be determined, since the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation will be responsible for payment.

Secondly, a study on the current use of bus services by UH students will also help to determine the feasibility of extending skyline to UH Manoa. A poll of UH students should also be conducted to determine the number of students that would use Skyline.

Having this information will help in assuring the success of Skyline should an extention to UH Manoa be deemed feasible.
