Xander Schauffele’s name was back in the spotlight on Sunday after edging past Max Greyserman with one stroke to claim the Baycurrent Classic 2025. Despite the weather challenges at Yokohama Country Club, Schauffele closed with a stunning 7-under 64 to finish at 19-under 265. The win earned Schauffele $1.44 million from the tournament’s $8 million purse. He also ended his title drought since his 2024 major wins. But that’s not all he earned with the Baycurrent Classic 2025 win. He also made some career-defining records.

72 consecutive cuts made

Schauffele has now gone 72 events without missing a cut. The stretch started back in the 2022 Masters. This means that it has been around 3 and a half years since he missed a cut on a PGA Tour. This stat is only second to the legendary Tiger Woo
