Saturday Night Live’s season premiere included a cold open skit centered on Attorney General Pam Bondi’s hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee that at times was combative .

Actress and comedian Amy Poehler hosted the comedy sketch show Saturday for the third time since she left the role as a cast member. Poehler impersonated Bondi in the opening skit.
