Tulsa Police say they've arrested a man accused of sexually abusing a 12-year-old child.

Investigators say the victim told her mom that Hilario Martinez had been touching her inappropriately for the past two years.

They say Martinez hung a sheet in the stairway to make it easier not to get caught and made her watch pornography on his phone.

The victim's brother said he caught Martinez and said Martinez told him he would be punished if he told anyone.
