DODA, OCTOBER 12: In a determined move towards achieving the national goal of 100% literacy, the School Education Department Doda successfully conducted the Third Foundational Literacy and Numeracy Assessment Test (FLNAT) under the centrally sponsored ULLAS (Understanding Lifelong Learning for All in Society) scheme.

The ULLAS programme, a flagship initiative of the Government of India, is designed to eradicate illiteracy by imparting essential literacy and numeracy skills to all non-literate individuals aged 15 years and above. The initiative aims to empower citizens through foundational education, promoting self-reliance and inclusive growth across all sections of society.
