The CicLAvia street festival returns to Los Angeles Sunday, with 7.15 miles in the downtown area closed to motorized vehicle traffic.
“CicLAvia — Heart of LA” will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, and will stretch from Mariachi Plaza west past Little Tokyo to MacArthur Park, and north to Chinatown.
No vehicles, electric scooters, electric skateboards, hoverboards, electric unicycles, motorcycles, or other non-people-powered vehicles will be allowed.
The following streets will be closed, with some possibly closing as early as 6 a.m. Sunday:
— Seventh Street, from S. Park View to Broadway;
— Broadway, from Seventh to Bernard Street;
— First Street, from Broadway to Alameda;
— South Central Avenue, from First to Sixth Street;
— Sixth, from S. Central Avenue to Whittier Bouleva
