CHICAGO (WLS) -- Pigment International's inaugural Pigmented: Black Fine Art Faire will take place Oct. 31 to Nov. 2 at the acclaimed Zhou B Art Center, located at 1029 West 35th Street in Chicago's Bridgeport neighborhood.

The four-day celebration is being held during October's Black Fine Art Month, a commemoration of Black art founded by Pigment International in Chicago and entered into the Congressional Record.
