Exciting things are happening at Disneyland Resort. While the sweeping DisneylandForward expansion project was approved in 2024, concrete signs of progress are now appearing on the ground. This week, Disney filed a new construction permit that offers the clearest indication yet that the next chapter of the resort's evolution is underway.

The permit outlines plans to install a construction fence on the east side of the resort, where a future parking structure and transportation hub will be located.
