M62 traffic LIVE: Four miles of queues after all cars STOPPED over police incident

All traffic was stopped on the M62 due to an ongoing police incident this afternoon.

Motorists faced delays of up to 45 minutes following a collision . But in an update after 4pm, National Highways said traffic has returned to normal.
