Former prime minister Justin Trudeau and pop-star Katy Perry weren’t holding back as they packed on the PDA in front of paparazzi and tourists off the coast of Santa Barbara, Calif., during a recent outing.

In a series of photos published by the Daily Mail on Saturday that were reportedly taken last month, Perry, 40, was seen in a black one-piece with Trudeau, 53, going shirtless in a pair of jeans as they nuzzled into one another and kissed aboard her 24-metre yacht, the Caravelle .

“She pulled up her boat next to a small public whale-watching boat, then they started making out. I didn’t realize who she was with until I saw the tattoo on the guy’s arm and I immediately realized it was Justin Trudeau,” one eyewitness told the outlet.
