Metro leaders this weekend released a tongue in cheek social media video, urging participants in an Emergency Naked Bike Ride to be respectful on their protest ride through Portland on Sunday.

The video features three Metro councilors who are bare from the shoulders and neck up, insinuating that they are shirtless.

“We respect your right to protest and peacefully assemble, as protected in the United States and Oregon Constitution,” councilor Ashton Simpson says in the video.
