Leo Carlsson scored 45 seconds into overtime off a 2-on-1 to give the visiting Anaheim Ducks a 7-6 comeback victory against the San Jose Sharks on Saturday night.

The Ducks had pulled Petr Mrazek for an extra skater and Chris Kreider scored a loose puck off a rush to tie it 6-6 with 51 seconds left in regulation.

Kreider and Cutter Gauthier each had two goals, Carlsson had a goal and two assists, Beckett Sennecke had a goal and an assist, Mason McTavish had three assists and Mrazek made 17 saves for the Ducks, who lost their season opener 3-1 at the Seattle Kraken on Thursday.

Macklin Celebrini and Will Smith each had three assists for the Sharks, who lost their season opener 4-3 in overtime to the visiting Vegas Golden Knights on Thursday.
