ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - An Overland man is facing serious charges for allegedly offering minors money for sexual contact, the St. Louis County prosecutors announced on Monday.

According to prosecuting attorneys, Kevin Chambers, 38, is being charged with the following offenses: • Statutory sodomy or attempted statutory sodomy - deviate sexual intercourse - person less than 14 years of age • Third-degree child molestation • 2X of enticement or attempted enticement of a child • 2X of stalking in the second degree

According to the probable cause statement, two minors (aged 13 and 16) visited a business in Fenton on Sept. 30 around 5 p.m., when they were approached by Chambers. The 38-year-old began talking to the teens, but the conversation would take a darker turn.
