Shoestring Theatre loses 10% of budget in arts cut

Shoestring Theatre lost $8,799 in funding after the Volusia County Council failed to award more than $611,000 in all cultural grants for 2024-25 for 32 local arts organizations. For Shoestring, the loss of $8,799 represents 10 percent of its annual budget.
