Disney+ is (yet again) hiking its prices, following a pattern it has set over the past few years of raising prices in October. Disney announced last month that the streaming service will increase by $2 a month for many of its tiers and bundles, with the price slated to go up on Oct. 21.
The price hike was announced on Sept. 23, just a day after Disney said it was putting Jimmy Kimmel back on the air following a weeklong suspension. The timing certainly was conspicuous, following a deluge of cancellations by Disney+ subscribers over the decision.
