At Tuesday night’s Hamblen County Board of Education meeting at the Hugh Clement Central Office Complex Heritage Room, Career Technical Education Ambassadors were introduced by CTE Director Joe Ely.
This is the second year for the CTE Ambassadors in Hamblen County.
The students are the “shining stars” from the Hamblen County CTE program from both Morristown-Hamblen East and West high schools. They represent Hamblen County at events like the “Future Ready Expo” as tour guides, tour guides for the middle school CTE tours in the spring, as student representatives on the County Advisory Council and as representatives to local industry when they need a student voice.
