Three people were taken to hospital after a crash . Emergency services were called to a crash on Somersham Road in Woodhurst just after 4pm on Wednesday (October 15).

The crash involved two vehicles. Cambridgeshire Police said three people were taken to hospital as a result of the crash.

A police spokesperson said: “We were called at 4.03pm to reports of a two-vehicle collision on Somersham Road near Bluntisham. Officers and paramedics attended and three people were taken to hospital.

“The road was closed for a short time while the vehicles were recovered.”

Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue also attended. A fire spokesperson said: “At 4.04pm on Wednesday, a crew from Huntingdon along with the north roaming fire engine were called to a road traffic collision on Somersham Road in W
