The annual Vancouver Writers Fest , happening Oct. 20-26, is one of the best things about fall.
Now in its 38th year, the Vancouver Writers Fest always delivers when it comes to timely programming that turns its lens on the cultural and political themes of the day. Offering up almost 140 authors from around the globe for 87 events, the festival is packed with tough topics and big issues, as well as plenty on offer in the just the good-read department.
