Align West Homes brought together good music and great vibes at Kelwona's Revelry Food and Music Hub on Oct. 3.

Music for the Mighty raised more than $40,000 in support of the BC Children's Hospital Foundation.

“This community continues to show incredible heart,” said David Pfuetzner, founder of Align West Homes and drummer for the event’s house band, Gun Shy. “To see so many people come together with such generosity and purpose is truly inspiring. Every dollar raised goes directly to families who are facing the hardest moments of their lives, and knowing that gives this night real meaning.”

For Gun Shy's Jordan Hansum, the evening was extra special with his daughter's artwork auctioned off to raise more funds. Hansum's daughter previously received life-saving care at BC Children's Hosp
