The San Diego International Airport and others around the country are not playing a video with a message from Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem in which she blames Democrats for the federal government shutdown and its impacts on TSA operations.

An airport spokesperson did not give a reason for not playing the video, but other airports across the country — including Las Vegas, Charlotte, Atlanta, Phoenix and Seattle — say the video goes against their airport policy or regulations, which prohibit political messaging in their facilities.

The San Diego spokesperson said its operations continue to normally and staff remain focused on passenger safety.
