Northwell Health has appointed three executives to senior leadership roles in its Central Market, which encompasses academic tertiary hospitals, physician practices and ambulatory facilities in western Nassau County and Queens.

Jon Sendach , a Northwell hospital leader for more than two decades, has been named executive vice president and president of the Central Market while Michael Gitman, MD , takes over as president of North Shore University Hospital (NSUH) in Manhasset and Lenny Nartowicz, MBA, assumes the role of president of Long Island Jewish (LIJ) Medical Center in New Hyde Park.
