New Delhi, Oct 17: A migrant labourer from Bihar has been charge-sheeted by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) for allegedly aiding banned terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) in plans to execute attacks in Jammu & Kashmir and Tamil Nadu, the agency confirmed on Friday.

The accused, identified as Mohammed Akhlaque Mujahid alias Akhalatur, hails from Katihar district in Bihar and was working at a private construction site in Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu, when he was arrested in April this year by local police for anti-national activities.
