ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) - A stately home on a busy Roanoke boulevard holds an unusual collection of art and antiques, and soon many of those items will be up for auction.
If you drive on Grandin Road very often, you’ve seen the Tuscan Villa built in 1927.
Pam and Joe Wright bought it in the late 70s, building a large collection of art, antiques and other collectibles there.
“It’s a treasure trove,” Farmer Auctions Owner and CEO Jarrod Hines told WDBJ7.
Pam Wright died in 2020, and Joe Wright passed away in February of this year. Hines and his team have been preparing for the online auction for the last two months.
