ELMIRA, N.Y. (WETM)- Winds will keep from the north tonight, with low temperatures near 39 degrees. On Saturday, high pressure keeps skies mostly clear, with a few more clouds coming in, as it moves offshore. The first half of Sunday is expected to be partly to mostly cloudy, with strong winds. Gusts upwards of 30 to 40 miles per hour are possible, with temperatures near 70 degrees. Widespread showers with chances of thunder should begin on Sunday evening, continuing through the overnight.
